Our exhibitors are interested in showcasing and promoting their products to Food and Beverage Buying Companies from Greece and abroad and end consumers-lovers of gastronomy. EXPOTROF Online is attended by Food & Beverage Buying Companies that are interested in enriching their product catalogue with awarded and certified quality Greek products and by consumers lovers food quality and taste, that are seeking to discover new delicatessen products and the products points of sale.

The novel Online platform www.expotrofonline.gr is designed to provide to both the online exhibitor and the platform visitor networking functions and business activities that simulate those of a physical exhibition.
Visitor's Registration is available at no cost, whether you are an individual or a Professional of the Food & Beverage Industry. By completing your registration and enabling your account, you can login and have access to the exhibitors profiles, the communication & networking tools and the Online Events.
By registering on the EXPOTROF Online digital platform, visitors will have the opportunity to connect and communicate live via webcam with available representatives of their choice.
Registered Visitors are able to book in advance their Online Meetings with Exhibitors' Representatives of their interest. Clicking on the calendar of a representative you can see the available time slots in green colour. By clicking on the time slot that you wish to book your Online Meeting, the appointment is considered confirmed and it appears in the list of your scheduled Online Meetings of your account.

The Exhibitor can browse through the Buyer's list and the buyer browses through exhibitors. They can both ask for meeting

The Exhibitor selects the Buyer Company that wants to conduct the B2B Online Meeting. The buyer can ask for meeting from the exhibitor.

The Exhibitor appoints one of his/her representatives who will hold the meeting and selects one representative from the Buyer Company's list of representatives.

The Exhibitor then selects one of the available time slots in the Buyer's representative calendar (30' duration)

That was it! The representatives who will participate in the meeting have both received a notification via e-mail and the scheduled appointment is displayed in the meetings section in their account.

The B2B meetings are pre-scheduled online meetings between the Exhibitors/Producers and selected Buyers from Greece (B2B Greece) and abroad (B2B Global). If you have registered as Exhibitor, you have access to the list of the participating Buyers, and according to your subscription package you will be able to book a number of online meetings with buyers of your choosing.
On the days of the Online Trade Show, registered Visitors can select from a series of business Online Events to participate and watch. These Online Events are organized by participating Exhibitors, Regional Authorities and other entities. The participation at the Online Events is free fo charge and you can register at the page of of each Online Event.
